With over 30 years of experience, nationally acclaimed chef, Eduardo De Berardinis, and wife, Ilde De Marco, are excited to return to Toronto and the GTA. Eduardo grew up in the restaurant business in Toronto and discovered his true passion while studying and travelling throughout Italy. He was taught specific techniques in his home region of Abruzzo and came to perfect his most favoured family recipes. While spending nearly a decade on the Pacific coast of Mexico, where he met ilde, together, they cultivated and developed menus and events for both local and international clients. coast became a combination of his culinary experiences bringing favourites to a range of palates. He continues to explore his talents while maintaining his devotion to seasonally attainable products. Given the accessibility to quality ingredients, Eduardo always chooses the best for his clients. coast is meant to make one feel as though transported to a fabulous coastline where you eat the way they love to eat with freshness, love and simplicity. coast is now emerging into the countryside teaching premier techniques and fun activity.
